MWHIT Congratulates Brooke LeFevre!
MWHIT is delighted to sponsor the Mormon History Association's award for the best article in the area of Mormon Women's History.   Brooke LeFevre's article "A Childless Woman Like Myself': Polygamy, Patriarchy, and Reproductive Medicine in Nineteenth-Century Mormon Women's Infertility" took home this year's award. Congrats to Brooke!

Breakfast Speaker - Jessica Nelson

Over breakfast, Mormon Women’s History Initiative Team hosted a fascinating presentation from Jessica Nelson, “Latter-day Saint Women and a Century of Burying the Dead,” in which she talked about traditions of funeral rites and practices performed by individual women and representatives of the Relief Society.
